Broughton uses the AllTimely program to track student hours. AllTimely is the only way for students to submit their hours for verification. Students will be instructed on how to enter and check hours in AllTimely during the first week of Advisory Classes. The Class of 2030 will receive their account information during the first week of school in Advisory Class.

STEPS TO LOG SERVICE HOURS FOR STUDENTS:
- As a student, log into the AllTimely web site (https://broughtonhs.alltimely.com).
- On the Dashboard/Home page, click the Add Service Op button:
- On that page, enter all of the required values that are denoted by an *.
- NOTE: For the verifier email, enter the email address of the person you worked with at the community service. You may not use a gmail account. It must come from the organization’s email address. Accounts with .org or .edu are acceptable.
- Be specific and detailed with your entry. Explain what you did for the organization. Ex: “I sorted donated canned goods and stocked them onto shelves at the food bank.”

- For the Service File, click the “Select File” button. This is where you upload your evidence for community service. This can be a photograph of you at the event, official document, sign-in sheet with the organization’s logo, or any other proof you have of your service. This cannot be left blank.
- Click the space to select your file (for example, a PDF, PNG, DOCX, etc.) for uploading.
- Click the Done button to finish selecting your file.
- Click the Add Service Op button to save your changes.
- Depending on the size of the file, it may take a minute to upload the file.
