What information do we include in the form?
- The organization benefiting from the drive
- Should be a non-profit organization
- Should have some relevance to your club
- Ex: CAPS Against Cancer supporting Race for the Cure or Spanish Club supporting the Pulsera Project

- What types of donations are being collected
- Give specifics/examples when possible

- Money (physical) may not be collected.
- No club member should touch actual money.
- If the organization has a direct link for donations, that is acceptable.
