Interested freshmen have the opportunity to apply for the Executive Cabinet or Freshman Class Council during the first quarter of the school year.
2025-2026 Freshman SGA Application Timeline
- 9/9-->Interest Meeting in the cafeteria during Caps Connection (Sign up in AllTimely)
- Information, timelines, and guidelines will be explained
- Expectations of participation in school events/Homecoming activities that will factor into the application.
- Applications will be distributed.
- There will not be an online version.
- Applications will be available in room 2402 for anyone unable to attend the meeting on 9/9/25.
- 9/11-->Application Writing Workshop in room 2402 during Caps Connection (Sign up in AllTimely)
- Available to any students who need help with the application or have questions
- 9/12-->Applications due to Ms. Pattisall-Williams in room 2402 by 2:30 PM.
- No late applications will be accepted.
- 9/26-->Applicants notified of status via their WCPSS student e-mail account
- Notifications will be sent via e-mail after 2:30 PM
- 9/30-->Freshman Class Council will meet in room 2402 during Caps Connection. (Sign up in AllTimely)
- Freshman Class President Information
- Any freshman selected to the Freshman Class Council is eligible to run for Class President.
- Election guidelines will be explained.
- 10/6-->Freshman Class President election during Advisory Class
- 10/8-->Candidates notified via their WCPSS student e-mail account after 2:30 PM
